Perched atop the highest coastal land in Belize, the BlueBelize Guest House offers a superb view of the
Caribbean Sea and nearby Guatemala. Two one-bedroom flats well equipped with a host of amenities (see
below), kitchenettes and a large breezy veranda offer a home-away-from-home feeling during your stay in
Punta Gorda. Our apartments are light and airy with cathedral ceilings, beautiful woodwork and comfortable
beds. Each flat can accommodate a maximum of four people (6 in the Sea of Blue) and can be rented for
stays of a day to several weeks for a relaxing getaway or a pied-a-terre for your Southern Belize adventures.

BlueBelize Guest House is owned and operated by Dan Castellanos and Rachel Graham. Dan is also a
traditional fisher from Monkey River and a licensed tour operator/fishing guide who counts trolling,
spincasting, flyfishing and snorkeling tours as his specialities. Please refer to our Tours & Charters page for

Rates, reservation information and policies:
Sunset, Sunrise and Almond Tree Flats: US$70 per night
Sea of Blue Flat (2 Bedrooms):US$135 per night

Prices are for double occupancy except for the Sea of Blue flat which is quadruple occupancy.
Room rates do not include the mandatory Government tax of 9%
Additional person: US$20 per night
Weekly and monthly discounts available
Check-in time after 3:00pm; check-out time 11:00am
Two night minimum stay on holiday weekends and during special events
We are very family friendly oriented and children are welcome but they must be supervised.
We require a Visa or Mastercard credit card to confirm your reservation.
A deposit of the first night's rate (for stays of less than 4 nights ) or 25% (for longer stays) will be
required to reserve a flat.
Because of our size, cancellations or changes affect us significantly! If you must cancel or change
your reservation, 45 days advance notice is required. If such advance notice is not provided we will
be obliged to bill your credit card in full for those nights which we are not able to re-rent.
We require full payment a month prior to arrival. Payment can be made in cash or by travellers
cheques, with Visa or Mastercard, or wire transfers to our US$, Belize$ or UK Sterling accounts.

Guests are responsible for any damages, additional cleaning or loss they incur and will be billed
accordingly
